I want to get cumulative (Actual spent) values for the 2016 & 2017 and cumulative values for 2017 budget by each month
i want to get independent calculations fields for cumulative values by each month for 2016 & 2017 & independent cumulative calculation field for budget values for 2017.
i want to plot three of them as line chart.
can you help me with this?

In addition to directions provided by Zhouyi Zhang find my approach based on dual axis so you are able to make "Wider" lines for year 2017 and a "Thinner" line for 2016 in colour gray and make Actual & Budget for 2017 "more important" then Actual 2016
