Hello everyone,
a) I am trying to develop a dashboard in Tableau 8.0 which should display the Top 5 companies and their share for the latest week ( i.e Week 43) from the given data along with previous 3 weeks.
The Share of Top 5 Companies is calculated as follows
= Sum(Top 5 Companies)/ Sum(All Companies)
b) I want to refresh the same dashboard on weekly basis. When a new week (i.e Week 44) is added to the data source, it should display the Top 5 Companies and their share for Week 44 along with previous weeks. Every time, when a new week of data is added, the advertisers should automatically get sorted in descending order of the latest week of data
Attached excel file contains the sample data and the Report which I require to replicate in Tableau 8.0.
If anyone have an idea about this requirement , please share it.

Put Adviser in quick filter & use top 5 companies according to duration hours:-
Then put week in quick filter & choose top 3:-
