Is there a way to add total no of records in title

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing well..

I have attached a workbook where i need to add total no of records in a Title.

I have used number of records field but it is not giving correct result when i use filter on to data.

Kindly have a look on attached workbook and let me know the possible outcome.
