YOY Variance

Hi All,

I know this question has been asked numerous times in the forumns and I am hoping a developed from Tableau reads all of these and implements this as an easy option - but I have tried the solutions and none can do what I need it to do,

I simply need a YOY variance for 3 measure names columns (See attached workbook)

The problem with the solutions I have come across is they are static, creating calculated fields to read year etc but the problem comes in where i need these to be dynamic in nature, I don't want to have to keep changing the year in the calculated field just to simply see a variance across my columns,

Please can someone take a look and see what they can do!
