I want to show an empty column for December for the Flows tab so in my dashboard it lines up with my ending headcount tab. I tried to Analysis-> Table Calculations -> Show empty columns but it doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this

Add your "Ending Balance Flows Tab" measure also to the rows in the Ending Headcount Tab itself.
