I am working on Set Up Service Assistant module but getting an error about the agent not being in existance:

What is this? A technical error?

Got it to work. Eventually! :|
I got around the aformentioned problem by using a newly created user, i.e. created manually, not (!) using the "Create New User" as stated in the <rude word> text of the module. The user had the following permissions:
The "Service Planner Agent User" Permission Set is crucial for creating the agent (and circumventing the error reported above), the "Agentforce Service Agent User" is necessary to have the user actually use the service.
So this is it ... i am through ... that was not "a fun way to learn" but a very tough one ...
Nevertheless, on the upside I have learned pretty much ...
