Get Started With Dynamic Forms unable to locate the account mentioned in instructions

Hi Amazing people, 

I am doing this module (

) while following instructions i realized that i cant locate the account on my playground which means i cant proceed any further has anyone has same issue or similar, is there any set of package we need to install. thanks in advance for any advise.
