Hello everyone,  

 

Is there a standard functionality in scope of the FSL where an agent would have an option to choose a multiple Service Appointments and send them as options via email to customer?  

Customer would be able to choose one of the time slots directly from the email to confirm a time slot.  

 

Looking into Book Appointment, Appointment Assistant and Salesforce Scheduler I see these features like not something that would fulfill my requirement.
