Hey all, we encountered an issue when generating PDF files for Assessment Question in the OMNI STUDIO tool. The problem (which does not exist in regular OMNI forms) is that when generating the PDF, the tool takes all the answered questions and produces a PDF in which the order of the questions and answers is not based on the order they were presented, but instead sorted alphabetically according to the first letter of the question.
Our team has spent many hours looking for a workaround, searching forums, using GPT—without success. We examined the capabilities of the tool for generating PDFs based on an ADOBE license, and according to the features described in the documentation (without actually testing, as we do not have a license), it seems this might work there.
To test this (without being able to guarantee it will work), an ADOBE license of type Adobe Acrobat Pro – Adobe PDF Services API (Document Services) is required. I'd appreciate any help from someone who already encountered (and manages to solve it) this situation. Thanks.
