To complete Challenge 3, you need to build a flow that automates updating case details based on the related contact’s role in Agentforce. It’s about making the support process smarter and faster.    Start by creating a  Record-Triggered Flow  on the  Case  object. The flow should trigger  when a new case is created or updated , and you’ll need to  check the Contact’s Role . Based on that role, update the case fields accordingly.    For example, if the contact is a VIP or Manager, you might assign the case to a priority queue or escalate it. The logic should match the specific use case mentioned in the challenge instructions. Use a  Get Records  element to pull in the contact’s role, a  Decision  element to evaluate it, and  Update Records  to modify the case fields. Also, make sure your flow handles  bulk processing  and follows  best practices —like naming elements clearly and using fault paths for errors.    Once you've built and tested your flow, activate it and run the provided  test data  to validate your setup.
