Can you try to clear the cache and cookies?
If you're in incognito mode, allow the use of third-party cookies.
If you still encounter the issue I would recommend following this guide:

If even after trying all of this you continue to encounter an issue, I would recommend to:
Open Developer Tools (F12) while Content Builder is loading
Check the Network tab for failed requests
Look for 403, 500, or other error codes
Check the Console tab for JavaScript errors
