When I was asked what day and how many people, I would get an error that I would need to be transferred to a live agent. I could never get the agent to book my reservation.
I also received this error at the end of the session when trying to complete the course " Step not yet complete in Agentforce
We can't find the Get Customer Details action. Make sure it has been created and has an API Name of 'Get_Customer_Details'." I keep trying to go back and edit to redo the customer details section but its not working.
