I scheduled my Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant exam for Monday, 29th September at 1:15 PM (Asia/Karachi, online). When I attempted the exam today, the system verified my speaker and headphone but failed to verify video streaming despite multiple attempts. The exam never launched, and after trying for over an hour, the OnVUE verification expired.
I am now in a difficult situation and would like guidance on how to reschedule my exam and whether I can get a coupon or payment refund to do so. Please advise, as I am very upset.
