I have not received the verification code while trying to reset the password, verified my email details in the trailblazer account.

No help from the Salesforce admin

    Hello @Punith Kumar S V

    in this case the quickest action is to create a brand new playground. 

     

    Ps1: If you have an active playground, Go to your Hands-on Orgs page (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs) to detach your current playground to be able to create a new one before the current one expires. 

    Ps2: if the disconnection option is not present, log into another playground whatever it is, logout, and come back to the Hands-On Orgs page and refresh it ; you should then be able to disconnect your previous playground.
