I have my exam scheduled on 18-09-2025 at Check-in-time:1:15,Start time:1:45 Asia/Kolkata-IST.After starting the exam, I completed all the runtests. At the time of talking with the proctor, they examined the situation but, due to a video issue, they revoked my exam. They suggested me to reschedule the exam and provided me with a case number, "13562649".The access code for my exam is "484-767-196".Can you please look into this matter as early as possible and Reschedule my exam.
