Hello ,
I was trying to complete CRM analytics: Create an App and a Lens module. I created a CRM analytics enabled org from
trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/analytics-de
URL. I could not see the option to create an App and Lens as asked in the above module. I need help; this is a blocker for me.

This screenshot looks like is from a regular playground. Can you login to the dev org you created per instructions below and retry. Go to trailhead.salesforce.com/promo/orgs/analytics-de.
**For this project, you can’t use an existing Developer Edition org or a Trailhead Playground org. Follow the steps below to get a CRM Analytics-enabled Developer Edition that comes with a limited CRM Analytics Platform license and contains the sample data required for this project. If you already have a CRM Analytics-enabled Developer Edition org, you should still sign up for a new one now to ensure you get the latest and greatest features.
