Good afternoon everyone, I hope you're doing well!
In my org, both the
Candidates action and the Book Appointment do not display any information. Also, for the ASAP option, it shows Invalid Date
in the section with the ℹ️ icon.
Could someone help me understand how this section is supposed to display the information?
The
"Show Grade Explanations"
checkbox is already set to true.

@Thiago Fernandes It seems you have enabled Enhanced Scheduling & Optimization for the given SAs Service Territory. The grading details as seen in below screenshots are not displayed if you use Enhanced Scheduling & Optimization.
