As far as I can tell, there are no instructions provided in the course on how to download the raml from the walkthrough so it may be uploaded as homework. Please point me to the location in the course that has these steps or provide them if not included in the course material.

That's my assumption too. The updated week 1 material is to create a mute application, which is quite different from the training video of creating API.
