You have to use Version 6.1.0 (http://mule-studio.s3.amazonaws.com/6.1.0-GA/AnypointStudio-for-macosx-64bit-6.1.0-201608192215.zip), which do not include the (unfixed) bug. At least for the configuration. You could point 6.1.0 to the newer workspace, add your account and change back to actual version of APS. That worked for my Ubuntu 16.04 hosted APS. Or, you could use a fresh workspace, configure Anypoint Platform and copy over the auth prefs file "workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings/org.mule.tooling.ui.authentication.prefs" (according to @Mike Ourednik at https://forums.mulesoft.com/comments/66179/view.html).
