Not really sure where this fits but have a general question about layers. Is it bad practice for a Process API to call another process API?

As Example:

Say you have two process APIs Bank and Client. You also have two system APIs for Bank and Client

When the Client PAPI needs info from the back should it call the Bank PAPI or SAPI or does it matter?
