When i tried to connect the database using the details provided in the students file , i am getting the error as in the screenshot . Please suggest me how can i connect to the database .

this is only becoz of firewall, i too faced the same issue in my office.
try to do the hands on at home network or ask your IT team to enable the internet access to this particular URL.
