I'm getting the following error trying to start my project in Anypoint Studio (I believe it was working at the end of the last lesson in Week 2) ... It deploys the project, but then I immediately get the NOTFOUNDEXCEPTION.

Hi,
Are you using any JMS connector or Database connector in your solution. Then in that case you need to add Jar file for JMS or SQL JDBC.
IF not, Please share the xml.
