I have done Mule 4 Level -1 certification with my previous company email account and its no longer exist. I want to register for maintenance certification with the earlier certificates I have. Please provide suggestions to proceed.

I don't remember the password either, So, When I go for forgot password while logging, steps to reset the password are going to previous company email. So, unable to reset the password and unable to login.
