Just about to finish my course and was updating the anypoint studio as recommended by the instructor. Now facing a whole bunch of issues and my work space is not usable.

    Sorry to hear that. Try recreating a new workspace and import either your previous solution or a solution that's available in Student files folder...and see if that works. If that doesn't work, you may try reverting to your previous version of Studio. You can do that from Studio menu, Help > Installation Details, see if you can uninstall or revert to your previous version. If that still doesn't work, try getting/downloading a fresh copy of Studio and test that against your solution.
