When trying to deplay my proxy, I get an error response stating that I cannot deplay because the maximum number of vcored will be exceeded. (see attached)
could you please advise how to solve the issue ?

You need to lower the worker size of your first deployed application.
Go to settings on cloudhub, change the worker size to "0.1 vCores" and apply changes.
Once completed, you will be able to deploy another application using "0.1 vCores"
