After clicked the download icon, it takes for ever. I tries on corp fast network, home DSL, public network, wired and wireless. All run forever and cannot be download. Can someone help?

Thanks for all the replies. The issue is due to IE 11 not compatible. I switched to FireFox and can downloaded them.
