In tutorial "Connecting to Saas applications". Do I have to create a login account for salesforce?

Yes I have already created a salesforce login account from link - https://login.salesforce.com

But it is a 30 day trail version and while following the tutorial for "connecting to Saas" and was trying to emulate the same but I found out the discrepancies with respect to the salesforce account I have created and the one in the tutorial. I have attached the snapshots.

So I am not able to proceed further with the tutorials. Kindly suggest.
