So in week 5 of the course and working through the exercises I need to access my Mulesoft Anypoint account and use the details of the service I created in week 1.
I find that my Anypoint Trial account has been cancelled. I was warned that this was going to be cancelled unless I emailed info@mulesoft and asked it to be extended.
Well I did this, THREE times and also e-mailed back the support person who had warned me of the account closing. I did as I was asked to extend it and they just ignored the e-mails and closed it down anyway. How very professional and without any regard to people who are trying to undertake a training course.
I am seething at this moment because I only had a small window this week to complete the course as I am travelling to Europe. I am now at the airport trying how to figure out how I can carry on as I now have no RAML ULR to access for this part of the course.
I've seen a few previous logs saying 'Just create another Trial Account!!' - all well and good but then you have to put in the extra work to redeploy the services and repeat the steps from the first couple of weeks. And because people haven't done their job properly - I followed instructions to stop this happening and they closed it anyway!!!
I am now going to be having to try and rush and fit this in when I get to Europe and find the extra time to set up again for the RAML to be working. If I don't do this in time I could well miss the deadline for this week and it puts the whole 8 week course in jeopardy.
I am really not impress with this MULESOFT. I expected a lot better and more professionalism!!!
