How to prepare for MCD Integration & API Associate Certification?

Hello All,

I recently completed "MuleSoft.U Developer Essentials " training and got an email from Mulesoft that I can take the certification too, which is complimentary (in terms of fees). This is for associate level certification. Can anybody tell me what should be my approach to pass this exam? Any dumps? any suggestions? Please reply with the details. Do I need to do any special study or prepations?
