SQLException: too many connections

I am receiving this error on the getAmericanFlightsflow:

 

java.sql.SQLException: org.mule.module.db.internal.domain.connection.ConnectionCreationException: java.sql.SQLException: Cannot get connection for URL jdbc:mysql://mudb.mulesoft-training.com:3306/training : Too many connections

 

Is this problem with my own connectivity to URL or a configuration issue? It seems to have popped up today.
