The transform message data weave is not same in training, but the input section in training is not same for me, since I am using 3.7.3 version , training material is on 3.7.1 version, could you please help

You're correct that the training materials used for the video is a couple of versions behind. But the functionality displayed in the training is also available in the version you are running. To display these options, you need to right click on a specific item on the left pane to display the context menu of options. I've attached screenshots, i hope they help.
