my question is how i can know the mule esb is loaded by tomcat successfully and runs very well.

Hi @guokelei,
Are you trying to check the status of the application or the server status (whether up and running) . If I am not wrong you are check for server status. In that case login to MMC and see if the server is showing GREEN (Provided you have configured an MMC with mule runtime).
If you have not configured an MMC then please check the mule-ee.logs for the statement "Mule server kicking in and started"
