I want to track all the incidents created in servicenow from TFS,is this possible.If possible can any one help me to create this integration using mulesoft.

@kvsi10 I have no service now integration experience, however you can probably manage it using poller with watermark feature if service now object has a date field. It is common usecase and you can find sample code for watermark implementation with salesforce in exchange
