I have completed the "MuleSoft.U Development Fundamentals (April 12, 2017 - June 7, 2017)" and took the exam approximately 10 days ago.
Alas, I have failed my first attempt.
When attempting to use the voucher (AYY4Y7Yuvjdqst) for a second attempt I got a "Promotion Code has been used" error message and could not proceed with the exam registration.
I know that the voucher should be valid for 3 attempts, and the time passed between my prior attempt and the new one is more than a week.
Kindly handle.

A voucher code can be used only once. We do provide 3 attempts, but you cannot use the same voucher code. After a failed attempt, please send an email to certification@mulesoft.com to request a new voucher code. This process is clearly described in the email you already received from MuleSoft training.
