MuleSoft.U Getting Started with Anypoint Platform (Mule 3) *UPDATE for Nov17 release manual is not

Hello,

I'm passing through MuleSoft.U Getting Started with Anypoint Platform (Mule 3) and the video provides out of date instructions. But under the *UPDATE for Nov17 release section the page is empty so I don't know how to get the updated manual. I'm using Firefox but in Explorer it is empty as well. I've attached the screenshot of what I see.

Can anyone please share the materials?
