Copilot Version cannot be activated. Copilot services are still being provisioned for this organization. Error

Hi Everyone, 

I am working on AgentForce action and suddenly got the error while activating the agent as below  

Copilot Version cannot be activated. Copilot services are still being provisioned for this organization. 

Could anyone please help on this?
