I have a user who sends emails, logs the email from his sent box to an Opportunity via Salesforce for Outlook, and will then forward the email to the same recipient if they don't respond after a certain amount of time. The problem is that when he tries to log the forwarded email to Salesforce, it says the email is already logged. The same goes for if he tries to do a reply all to the email. I've tried to replicate this issue but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know why this might be happening for him and not for me?
