Hello, Is it possible to show/roll up team quotas to manager quotas in the Salesforce forecasting tab without assigning a quota to the manager. For instance Head of Sales A has to Sales Officer under him/her, Officer B and Officer C. Both have quotas of 20K and 30K respectively. I want these quotas to rollup and show on the quota of the Head of Sales as 50k without assigning the quota to him/her. Even if the Head of Sales is assigned a quota the quotas of his/her team should also reflect on his/her quota. Is this achievable? Thanks, Fahad
Eraaj is correct- we don't support rolling these up. You would need to change the manager's quota to make it the total.
We chose for it to work this way because often organizations will have a different manager quota than the sum of the individual rep quotas. The way it works allows these organizations to use the capabilities, and it still works for your situation just with slightly more data entry.
