The client is a not for profit organisation that offers personal development courses to men. Our clients are all individuals and we are using Person Accounts for that reason. The Lead Source facility only allows the entry of a single source and no additional information.
There must be a field where the name of the referrer can be stored. This is used when doctors or counselors or other professionals are the referrer. Also they want the ability to store the name of the actual workshop that this referral is for.
I have tried using the campaign facility for this purpose but it does not seem able to operate in the manner required.
I am looking for help in finding a solution preferably using one of the existing built in capabilities of Salesforce
The difficulty in using the Campaign module is that it seems to be setup to associate Contacts with Campaigns. Whereas we want to be able to associate Campaigns with Contacts.
