    Context for our use case of this:

     

    We use Slack channels as help channels for multiple different teams. We want a workflow that asks some questions in a form, and depending on answers will direct the user either to a different help channel; or gather further information from them and continue to post in our help channel (which will be where the workflow is triggered from)

     

    (there are many more use cases we have but this is just the latest most pressing one. We get a lot of requests and waste a lot of time figuring out why someone is asking our team and then redirecting people as needed)
