The native Salesforce connector with Outlook does not work very well and makes Salesforces data unreliable.
I am looking for another solution to synchronize Outlook emails and meetings with Salesforce.
Ideally, my org's users should also be able to create Contacts from Outlook.
Does anyone know an alternative solution?
