One Account is automated at multiple system as in our organization, one User Account is being used by multiple users. When it is automated at multiple system, it needs to be approved every time a user tries to login into the account.

The best solution I have seen for this multi user to one account is to email to case the verification code into Salesforce given a shared distribution email with the appropriate users. I am always trying to solve for this one too, best of luck to you Trailblazer, you’ve got this!
