I want to build a custom agent on Agentforce in our Partner Development Org created via environment hub, but the only option I see is to create Service Agent. As I understand from Salesforce support that below are not available in Partner Program Trial offering.
• Agentforce SDR (Sales Development Rep)
• Agentforce Sales Coach“
So what is the best option for build a prototype with "Custom Agent". Is this something that can be provisioned on Partner Orgs or does it need to use a GA Developer Org? I don't see an option to create from scratch in Partner Development Org. Does it need a different license.
So just to be clear I have the new Agent button but the only Agent type I can create is Service Agent.
I would like to get an option to create an agent from scratch, so rather define my own agent as opposed to predefined one, but don't see an option.
