Can't find MigrationDefaultTopic in Agentbuilder

i'm at the step where I need to create an Agentforce action and leverage the MigrationDefaultTopic topic but I can't find it. 

Is it possible to re-create it ? Do I need to redo everything in a brand new playground 

 ?
