I have given the PD1, I have scored more than 70% marks (weighted mean or mean) of sectionwise results. Still Salesforce failed me (passing criteria is 68%). I have used the calculators too, all are giving same results (Passed). I have raised ticket to salesforce, but those people are not understanding this, posting only salesforce help articles. Can anyone help me up ?
I can't trust salesforce after this incident.

Please help, i know salesforce not going to correct it (too arrogant). Also please guys don't share me salesforce help article showing me you can't calculate total marks from section wise marks. I understand but how much error? In my case it is more 3% ~ atleast 2 questions ?? It is wrong round off mathematics.

I have given sales cloud consultant exam on 17 Feb 2025, where I scored 70.6% marks as total average from all sections / topics and still salesforce classified me as fail (passing criteria is 69%). I have done the calculation many times; it should be a pass. I have raised a ticket to salesforce, but I am not getting any response. Can someone please help me?
