My AI Associate Certification exam got suspend even before i entered the main test. Please assist on priority.
Hi,
I don't know why my AI Associate Certification Exam was suspended just before the main exam question appeared. At the face verification screen, it was keep waiting for the popup to ask for camera permission.
I tried Connecting to Kryterion Online support and raised a case # 02954199, but they told me to connect to Salesforce Support as they can't reschedule the exam.
Please help and resolve case 469218350 as I need to take the exam at earliest before this year ends.
