Flow Builder Error Missing required input parameter: SObjectRowId Error ID: 217099560-186965 (-1984209710)

Hello! I am trying to create a flow that triggers an email when a certain object is picked on an opportunity.

I set up the email template.  I set up the email alert.  I created the flow but 2 things happen.

1. When I go to update an opportunity to test the flow, i get this error message. Missing required input parameter: SObjectRowId Error ID: 217099560-186965 (-1984209710)

2. When I run the de-bug in the flow, it says "No triggering record was specified, so the flow didn't run."

Am I missing a step?
