Hello,
I have to create an organization wide email address with an address that should only be visible for 4 users in the ORG. I only added one profile but obviously we have other users on the same profile who should not see the email address. Right now, every user on that profile sees the email address.
I created also a permission set attached but can this be used to limit access ? I thought permission sets are used to extend not limit access.

For this use case, do not enable the org wide address on the profile. Only add it to a permission set, and assign that permission set to the four users who need to be able to send from that address.
