Hello Team,
When I try to add Get Experienced Details, it keeps telling me I am unable to add this component because is already exists and I need to change my API, I have restarted this trailhead 2 times from scratch and I continue to receive the same error.
I also tried to disconnect my trailhead and attempt to get a new one, but the disconnect is grayed out even after refreshing.
Any helps would be much appreicated.

Issue with Configure an Agentforce Service Agent Step -
For Add an Action to Create a Booking, I missed one of the check boxes, so I tried to go in an edit it, but it wouldn't let me, so I removed it and started that step over. When I go through it and press Finish, I get this error.
"This action’s API name is already in use. Go back, enter a unique API name, and try again."
I cannot get past this point now. Thank you!

In that case you can try to create new Agentforce Playground and retake this Challenge on it.
First, you need to delete the current Agentforce Playground and then create a new one.
To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:
1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.
2. Create a new "standard" Playground.
3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.
