Working on Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Users. Task 3, Customize the Homepage
Activate the new Home Page
- Click Save in the upper right corner, then Activate.
- Click App and Profile.
- Click Assign to Apps and Profiles.
- Select Service Console and click Next
- Select Custom: Support Profile and System Administrator.
- Click Next and Save.
When I got to assign apps, Service COnsole is not listed. Have I missed a prereq or can I enable this? Please advise.
